CUE (since 2020) is a well-being company that leverages technology to support individuals through life’s key transitions. We design research-driven learning solutions and in-person events to enhance personal well-being and life course health development. Our learning experiences engage minds, contribute to learner agency and create meaningful outcomes, providing our clients with the right cues at the right time. We aspire to be A Life Transition Space For Everyone.
To be human is to change, again and again. Yet in a world that rushes forward, few know how to pause and guide the inner work of becoming. CUE sees life transitions as existential turning points, where values shift, identities stretch, and the self reorients to new meaning. We meet people there, not with answers, but with cues for reflection, direction, and dignity.
What We Do
At CUE, we design targeted learning experiences to address the complexities of life’s key transitions, with the goal of creating lasting impact on personal, community, and institutional levels. Our flagship approach is what we call the Life Transition Series, a curated suite of programs grounded in research and lived experience. Over the past five years, our work has focused on supporting adolescents and emerging adults as they navigate two of the most formative challenges of modern life:

How We Guide
At CUE, we support life’s turning points with the right guidance at just the right moment. Like NPCs in video games, yes, those quiet, trusted characters who offer timely cues to move the story forward, we offer thoughtfully designed tools that help individuals navigate the challenges, choices, and possibilities of real-life transitions. Our mission? To be that subtle nudge when it matters most.
In a video game, NPCs provide information and context that helps players understand plot, lore, and setting. Similarly, CUE assists your life transition journey. This starts with insights that deepen your understanding of your current stage of life. This connects your past and emerging life, thus actively setting the stage for (re)building your world.
NPCs assign tasks, quests, or missions, driving the game forward and offering challenges and rewards. CUE assists users in defining meaningful quests and goals for the current transition period, creating a roadmap for the journey, and leading to personal growth and development.
Some NPCs act as guides or mentors, extending advice and tutorials to aid players in their journey. In parallel, CUE offers valuable guidance that bridges the academic and public spheres. CUE shares valuable insights on strategies and skills essential for navigating the complexities of life stage shifts.
Like virtual merchants, NPCs enable players to buy, sell, and trade in-game items, adding a social and economic dimension to the game. CUE fosters a community for the exchange of resources, knowledge, skills, and opportunities. In the journey of life, every adventurer requires exceptional tools for their quest.
