In March 2025, our founder, Xixi, shared a post on the Society of Gender Professionals (SGP) platform, calling for educators, researchers, and organizations in sexual health, psychology, and youth empowerment to collaborate with us to popularize consent education through the Intimacy IQ Test. Anna emailed.
In May, Xixi and Anna had two conference calls, exchanging thoughts, ideas and work experiences.
🎉 In June, Anna officially joined CUE as our Localization Advisor. Together, we will explore and experiment on localizing the Transition Into College Dating Life series to New Zealand. Understanding Anna’s strong passion for the topic of healthy musculinity, Xixi invited Anna to also explore the R&D of learning content on the topic, which is currently absent from the series.
Welcome Anna!!
Anna Britz Bio
At CUE, Anna leads the design of learning content on healthy masculinities and advises on the localization of materials for Aotearoa New Zealand. Her work is grounded in over five years of direct experience with those most affected by gender-based violence—youth, survivors, perpetrators, and their social circles—supporting and witnessing their journeys through educational, legal, and healthcare systems. This frontline perspective deeply shapes her approach to content creation, ensuring it is both research-informed and rooted in real-world complexity.
Anna is a cultural psychologist, university educator, researcher, and advocate for law reform. Her work focuses on masculinities, adolescence, and the prevention of gender-based violence. Across Aotearoa New Zealand, she delivers workshops, training, and programs in diverse settings—including workplaces, schools, clubs, institutions, and community organizations—and for a wide range of participants, such as students, staff, community leaders, and frontline workers. She holds a BA in Psychology and Gender Studies and an MA in Psychology (with Distinction) from the University of Otago.
