We’re thrilled to welcome Roseline to CUE as our Advisor in Global Transitions. CUE’s founder Xixi met Roseline in April this year, on a panel event hosted by CUE.
A few conversations in, it became clear to Xixi that Roseline was someone CUE needed. She brings a rare ability to bridge our research-informed methodology with grounded, lived, and work-based experience. While CUE is rooted in deep literature and theory, Roseline ensures our ideas don’t remain “up in the air.”
She helps us connect the dots across every layer, from literature reviews to person-to-person engagement, from co-creating learning experiences to delivering them with purpose and care. Thanks to her, our Transition Into Global Student Life series is not just intellectually sound, but practical, human-centred strategies that truly support people through life transitions.
We’re thrilled to welcome Roseline as our Global Transition Advisor. Read more about Roseline below!
Meet Roseline Yang:
Roseline brings 22 years of experience in transforming cross-border and cross-cultural transitions into meaningful opportunities for growth, benefiting individuals, strengthening intergenerational relationships, and creating ripple effects across companies and communities. From Danone to AIESEC, and most recently at Yew Chung International School of Shanghai, she has dedicated her career to guiding change across diverse sectors, including multinational corporations, NGOs, and educational institutions. To date, she has mentored over 300 expats, interns, and parents across three continents.
Her expertise lies in Holistic Settlement Strategies and Talent Activation, consistently achieving a 60% reduction in transition-related stress. Roseline believes: “A well-supported transition isn’t just about logistics, it’s the foundation for unleashing human potential. When people are given key connections, cultural tools, and psychological safety from day one, they don’t just adapt—they transform communities.”
A French-born Chinese-Cambodian global citizen, Roseline is a multidisciplinary lifelong learner in wellness and well-being, a mother of three global citizens, and a passionate community builder. She is also the founder of Harmony Yonder, which provides holistic support services to help individuals and families settle into new environments with confidence and care.
At CUE, Roseline plays a vital role in building strong ties with the international community in Shanghai and shaping our learning content framework, ensuring that everything we create is not only rooted in theory but also deeply practical and immediately impactful.
