Read more about who they are:

Federica joins CUE as an intern, contributing to partnership building with higher institutions, organizations, and community leaders through workshop facilitation and training. She also supports the design and growth of CUE’s digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, bringing fresh creativity and a strong intuition for communication. She is particularly curious about how learning and wellbeing spaces can empower people during key transitions in their lives.

Italian by background, she brings a strong international perspective shaped by academic, professional, and volunteer experiences across Europe and beyond, including France, Belgium, Greece, the Netherlands, and South Korea. Academically and personally, she is passionate about gender studies, feminism, sexuality, dating cultures, and reproductive rights. With a strong interest in digital communication and social media, she approaches her work with creativity, curiosity, and passion, and is currently beginning her professional career in this field through her work with CUE.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a sociological curriculum, obtained in 2023 at the University of Milan, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Gender Studies at Utrecht University, with an expected graduation in 2026. In 2024, she completed a professional training as a sexual education expert in Milan with the association AISPA (Italian Association of Sexology and Applied Psychology).

Lena is currently a master student Gender Studies at Utrecht University. Previously she has completed a Bachelors’ degree BA Human Geography. Combining her knowledge of Feminist Geography and Critical Theory, her interests lay in developing sustainable solutions to social challenges regarding gender and sexuality. During her studies Lena has been active in student culture and a member of several student associations. These experiences have provided her with knowledge of the challenges today’s students face and have sparked her interests on how safe and consent full spaces can be promoted within student culture in the Netherlands.

During the internship at CUE Lena will work on the ‘Intimacy IQ Test’ and will explore new spaces where the test can be implemented. She will bring knowledge on student culture in the Netherlands as well as an analytical and creative view on how to promote and provide a space for young adults in education to empower their sexual autonomy.

Camilla joins CUE as an intern, bringing her lived experience as a young adult navigating key life transitions in the pre-graduation stage. Passionate about education and inclusive storytelling, she focuses her internship on developing the Consent Lab’s learning materials: storyboarding content and shaping its visual and animated components. She also strengthens CUE’s presence in the Netherlands by delivering workshops in universities and organizations, gathering insights into students’ and communities’ learning needs. Camilla is eager to explore what it truly means to build inclusive support systems for students facing major life changes.

Camilla is currently pursuing an MA in Gender Studies at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She holds a BA in International Relations and Global Affairs from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Italy, and completed an Erasmus exchange in Politics and International Relations at the University of Birmingham in the UK. Her previous experience in building DEI projects for high schools strengthened her commitment to developing more inclusive educational pathways that can support students through critical moments of change. Looking ahead, she aims to focus on sex education programmes and mental health support for young adults
